The Prophet’s (PBUH) recipe for obtaining halal sustenance and beneficial knowledge.
Read once:
Say Salam after Fajr prayer (Sahih Ibn Majah 152/1 Sahih al-Zawaid 111/10)
Increase in sustenance for not asking people The Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said: Whoever is afflicted with poverty and starts begging people, then his hunger will never end, and the person who is afflicted with poverty and If he puts his need before Allah, then it is close for him that Allah will grant him sustenance immediately or with some delay.
Prayer for blessing in business
The Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him, said to Hazrat Jubayr, may Allah be pleased with him: Do you wish that when you set out on a journey, you should be better than your companions in condition and convenience, and be more than them in wealth? He said: Yes, the Prophet ﷺ said: Read all the five Surahs, that is:
Start each Surah with Bismillah and end with Bismillah. Hazrat Jubayr (RA) states that with the blessings of these Surahs, I became prosperous. It happened as you said. (Musnad Abu Yala)
On another occasion, Hazrat Jubayr (R.A.) said that when he was rich, he was the neediest among his companions when he travelled. With the blessing of the Prophet, he used to be richer and in better condition than his travels from the journey to his return. (Musnad Abu Ya’la).
Protection from scarcity of sustenance and grief
Hazrat Abu Huraira (RA) narrated that: “The Holy Prophet (SAW) said, “Whoever is blessed by God, let him recite Alhamdulillah often, and let him who has more than that time, let him have no power.”
read very often Do it. . . (Supplication 1606/3)
The best sustenance
It was narrated from Hazrat Abu Hurayrah, may Allah be pleased with him, that: “The Holy Prophet, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, said: Whoever recites this dua in the morning will be blessed with the best sustenance on that day and will be protected from evils, and whoever recites it in the evening So this evening will be blessed with the best sustenance and Will be safe from evil.
Prayer for financial expansion
Hazrat Syed Na Abu Hurairah (RA) says:
One day I was walking with the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) when I met an Ansari in a distressed state full of signs of poverty and disease. Why is such a situation? Is it because of poverty and diseases? The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said, “I should not tell you any such dua that if you recite it, poverty and disease will go away.” Hazrat Abu Huraira (may Allah be pleased with him) said, O Messenger of Allah, teach us that supplication as well. He (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: Read:
After a few days, I met the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) and he (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said, “What is the matter, Abu Hurairah, I see you in a very good condition?” He said because of what he taught this prayer.(Al-Dua to Al-Tabarani 1/3285)
To get rid of poverty and poverty
Hazrat Ibn Umar (RA) narrated that a person came to the service of the Holy Prophet (SAW) and said: O Messenger of Allah (SAW), the world has turned its back on me (i.e. I have become very poor) Allah, may God bless him and grant him peace, said: Where did the Salawa al-Malaika, that is, the supplication and correction of the angels, through which they are provided with sustenance, go from you?
Then say or recite the Dua hundred times at the time of Fajr Azan:
So the world will come to you humbled and humiliated then that person left. After some time, he appeared again in the world and began to say: O Messenger of Allah, I have got so much (wealth) in the world that I do not understand where to put it. (Madarij al-Nabawa)
Prayers to remove grief and debt
Siddiq (may God be pleased with him) came and said: Do you ask the Holy Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) to pray for what the Holy Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) taught me? I said, “Which prayer is that?” Hazrat Abu Bakr Siddique (RA) said: Hazrat Isa bin Maryam (AS) used to teach this prayer to his companions and said: “If any of you owes as much as a mountain of gold and prays for it, Allah will fulfill it.
The first prayer:
Hazrat Abu Bakr Siddiq (RA) says: “I owed some debt to someone and I was worried because of the debt, so I started making this supplication, then Allah gave me wealth and paid my debt. Did it.
Hazrat Aisha (may Allah be pleased with her) says: I owe a debt to Hazrat Fatima bin Umays: Mir was a dinar and a debt of three dirhams. Whenever she came to me, I avoided looking at her, because I had nothing to pay her debt.
I used to recite this dua, so it was only a short time that Allah Ta’ala gave me such sustenance that was not even charity that was given to me and not even inheritance that was given to me.
Therefore, Allah Ta’ala cleared my debt and I distributed it among my family members and also gave three ounces of silver jewelry to my brother Abd al-Rahman’s daughter and still some was left.
(Mustadrik al-Hakim, Kitab al-Dua’, Zar al-Hadith: 1/803, 1950)
Second supplication: It is narrated from Hazrat Abu Saeed Khudri (RA) that one day the Messenger of Allah (PBUH) came to the mosque. The Prophet saw an Ansari Companion whose name was Abu Umama. The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) asked: O Abu Umamah! What is the matter that I am seeing you in the mosque at a time when it is not time for prayer?
Hazrat Abu Umama (RA) said: O Messenger of Allah! I am surrounded by sorrows and debts. The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: “Shall I not teach you such words, if you say them, Allah Almighty will remove all your worries and your debt will be paid.”
He said: Why not, tell me, O Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him. He said:
Recite this dua in the morning and evening. (Abu Dawud, Kitab al-Salwa: 1/217)
Hazrat Abu Umama (RA) says: I followed the instructions of the Prophet (PBUH), so Allah (SWT) removed all my worries and paid my debt.
